Affiliate marketing, in which you earn commissions by selling on your site the products and services of other people is another way to earn passive residual income. This is especially true if the affiliate system is multi-tiered and you have down-liners from whose sales you also earn commissions.

If you know how to do something that people might be interested in learning, you could publish an e-book on the subject and sell them on your site. After working once to complete a good publication, you will be earning residually from all the sales you make for a long time.
